Our 24/7 Hour control room is the heartbeat of rapid incident response. CCTV operators are the first point of contact during any emergency; they are trained to act decisively and communicate precisely, coordinating with SAPS and ADT.

 

Every action is guided by established protocols and our zero-tolerance stance on criminal activity.

EMERGENCY NOTIFICATIONS:

  • All personnel are immediately alerted to the incident via high-frequency radio communication.​

  • Suspects are tracked by our control room utilizing analytical cameras, while simultaneously coordinating with external emergency services.

 

INFORMATION GATHERING:

  • Comprehensive information, including vehicle descriptions, is meticulously documented.​

  • Our operators follow established procedures to obtain close-up camera footage for identification purposes.

 

LAW ENFORCEMENT COORDINATION

  • Clear and concise descriptions are provided to SAPS and armed response units to maximize the chances of apprehension.​

  • This swift and decisive action reinforces our zero-tolerance policy towards criminal activity.

Alarm Response

ALARM RESPONSE:

  • Our integrated system with ADT (our joint venture partner) ensures immediate alarm monitoring and notification our control room.​

  • The control room, as the designated primary responder, receives detailed information from responding officers regarding the alarm trigger and relays this information to ADT.

 

VISIBLE PATROLS:

  • Conduct visible patrols to deter criminal activity and enhance security.​

  • Patrol routes are strategically planned to address identified vulnerabilities and cover all critical areas.​

  • Patrols are conducted randomly to maximize effectiveness and prevent predictability.​

  • Patrol officers adhere to established safety protocols.

CONTROL ROOM OVERSIGHT:

  • Monitor patrol activities, ensuring adherence to established routes and procedures.​

  • Maintain a record of patrol points and routes, including modifications or additions.​

  • Examples of new patrol routes are documented and implemented as needed.

Mobile Patrols

PATROL PROCEDURES:

  • To ensure optimal security, patrol routes are dynamically adjusted to prevent predictability and deter criminal activity. ​

  • Security officers are equipped with a body camera,  a high-frequency radio, a baton, and a high-powered torch.

  • .Comprehensive training equips officers with effective evasion tactics.

VISITOR AND CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT:

​

  • All contractors and visitors are required to sign in, providing vehicle details (registration number, make, and color). ​

  • Color-coded lanyards clearly identify personnel and their designated work areas.

​

ALARM RESPONSE:

​

  • Our 24/7 headquarters control room is the designated responder for all alarms.

​

PERIMETER SECURITY:

​

  • Electric fences and security zones are regularly inspected.

​

MAINTENANCE:

​
